The ideal candidate will be a highly trustworthy, loyal, hard-working professional who is team-oriented and who understands how the entertainment industry works. Additional duties include:

  • Provide full administrative support to Head of Studios
  • General administrative duties, including handling incoming calls, scheduling meetings, and booking travel
  • Book end-to-end travel arrangements for Head of Studios
  • Reconcile and prepare expense reports
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Track submissions, pitches and information related to various productions
  • Be able to complete daily tasks with little to no direction
  • Interact with colleagues and visitors in a timely and courteous manner
  • Organize department-wide parties and events
  • Stay up-to-date on WWE programs, storylines, products and Talent
  • Transcribe and distribute weekly team meeting notes
  • Ad hoc projects and other duties as required


  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment working directly with senior-level executives
  • Able to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus off-hours/overtime as needed
  • Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with major players in the scripted and unscripted content business
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Responsible, reliable and trustworthy, with proven track record of working with confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communications skills both verbal and written with strong sense of tact
  • Able to interact well with employees and business partners of all levels and backgrounds
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of proactivity and able to work both independently and collaboratively using good business judgment and common sense
  • Comfortable working with and maintaining various forms of technology and electronic equipment
  • Can-do positive, flexible attitude and demeanor, willingness to roll-up sleeves as needed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented but able to multi-task
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
